MANDREL LESS HOSE PRODUCTION Our company can supply a “turn-key” line to produce long length hoses in accordance with a non-mandrel technology, the productivity of which can reach up to 32 m/min. This line allows to assemble hoses with the diameter from 6.3 up to 18 mm (20, 25, 32 mm according to the additional request) and they can withstand the working pressure up to 20 bars. The level of costs for the manufacture of equipment for hose production is determined by the degree of mechanization and automation of the process of assembling the hoses, components used and implemented in the design of technical solutions.
