Description
The screen is a machine suitable for pre-drying fresh, stuffed and pasteurised pasta. The pasta product is transported inside by means of vibrating surfaces made entirely of stainless steel. The movement, ventilation and heating allow the product to be separated while preserving the original shape and drying it superficially so you can easily pack it, eliminating some of the humidity and prolonging conservation time.
