E Glass Fibre Rope Lagging (Continuous Filament Partial Overbraid): our E glass rope lagging is manufactured from a low density blown glass fibre core, partially enclosed in a braided cover of filament glass yarn. It is extra soft and pliable, inorganic, sterile and incombustible. They are resistant to oils, solvents and most chemicals and have a low level of leachable chlorides and fluorides. They are suitable for temperatures up to 550°C and have low thermal conductivity. Also excellent thermal insulation, being an excellent asbestos replacement. It will not rot nor release fumes. It is very resilient with good space filling properties.
