Stainless Steel/Para Aramid Knitted Sleeving: our stainless steel aramid knitted sleeves are made by knitting yarns blended from stainless steel and aramid fibre into a tubular meshwork so as to make them particularly elastic and, therefore, the ideal solution for covering purposes. The stainless steel-aramid combination gives the sleeve a grey-yellow colour. This also makes the sleeve particularly resistant to high temperatures and prevents thermal shocks in the production of glass items. It also helps to facilitate maintenance work as they are easy to remove and change the roller covering. The spring effect on a thicker structure allows for better shock absorption in case of glass dropping. It is adjustable to variable diameters (centering devices) and rated to 650°C.
