Para-aramid filament yarn Kevlar® Roller Cover Rope Packing (Continuous Filament Yarn)

Kevlar® Roller Cover Rope Packing (Continuous Filament Yarn): our Para-Aramid packing is made using virgin continuous filament para-aramid heat resistant yarn that provides the packing with good thermal characteristics, exceptional tensile strength and mechanical resistance to shearing and abrasion. The square section enables the packing to wrap the whole resting surface of the sliding rollers completely thus preventing the sheets of glass from coming into contact with metal parts that could damage and mark the hot surface that is still soft. The Para-Aramid packings are even, homogeneous and have a very smooth surface, and rated to 300°C. It does not drip, melt, combust or flame.
