An explosion-proof inspection robot is an autonomous or remotely operated patrol platform designed for hazardous environments such as petrochemical plants, gas storage and transportation, coal mines and pharmaceutical workshops where flammable or explosive atmospheres may occur. Housed in an explosion-proof certified chassis and equipped with intrinsic-safety sensors and wireless telemetry, the robot acquires real-time data (video/images, temperature, gas concentration, noise) and transmits it to a control center. With autonomous navigation, intelligent recognition and early-warning alarms, it reduces the need for manual entry into high-risk zones, improving inspection efficiency and operational safety.
