The 7161P and 7161H are benchtop pressure manifolds that provide four additonal test
ports during pressure calibration. The 7161P can be used for pneumatic pressure
calibration up to 200 bar (3000 psi), and the 7161H is suitable for hydraulic pressure
applications up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). Both manifolds are design for leak tight connections
and the 7161P pneumatic model features a built-in filter to prevent contamination
introduced by devices under test.
Each manifold is fitted with four hand-tight quick connectors that allow users to connect
devices for test quickly and easily, without the use of wrenches or PTFE tape. This method
increases productivity with the pressure input situated on the base of the manifold, enabling
a simple configuration when used with a pressure controller, calibrator or CalBench module.
These manifolds are ideal to complement Time Electronics CalBench systems when
pneumatic or hydraulic modules are fitted in the consoles. They provide an ergonomic and
simple set up for positioning pressure gauges, transmitters and other pressure devices for
testing on the CalBench.
Various thread configurations are available with 1/4 " BSP female to four 1/4 " BSP female
being the standard. Manifolds can also be ordered with 1/2 " BSP 1/4 " NPT, 1/2 " NPT and
M20 upon request
