TITAN MA 200 – 2500 Mechanoactivator Mixers Our company offers specialized mechanoactivation mixers that improve considerably fine-dispersed raw material mixing quality. We use special mixing technology with raw material mechanoactivation (thick layer grinding). This technology allows to rub thoroughly bonding agent into inert substance. It allows to save considerable amounts of cement and pigments. Moreover, this mixing technology allows to increase the isometricity of the prepared powder particles, what increases greatly the strength of the finished product. Optimization of construction and mixing cycles! Mechanoactivation Capabilities Mechanoactivation allows to improve greatly the raw material quality by increasing the particles isometricity extent, removing of oxide films from the particles surface, distributing more evenly the cement particles over the surface of the inert materials. The activated mixture heightens significantly the quality (strength, water permeability, frost-resistance) of the finished product. That is why we optimized the mixer construction and improved its mixing cycles.
