The TITAN CUBER packer is destined for grouping of bricks, construction blocks and paving slabs with the purpose of their further reloading from technological to transportation pallet. After the articles are reloaded onto the transportation pallet, the final products can be wrapped in a film tightened with tape. The cuber is universal enough: it can be placed on a fork lift, crane or other lifting machinery. Mechanize the manual labour! When producing small-piece concrete articles (bricks, construction blocks), the producer confronts with necessity of mechanizing the process of final products reloading. Manual reloading is very labour-intensive, reduces the total output of the line and requires a great many of workers. Cuber used as a fork lift attachment or as stand-alone device, simplifies greatly the process and removes the necessity of large number of workers in the reloading area. Loading The cuber can be used as a grip for loading the pile of the articles onto a palletless carrier. TITAN CUBER Integration Methods Fork lift To be placed on a fork lift. This variant of execution presupposes the cuber is provided with quick-disconnect couplings. For the work of the grouper, the lift must have a free hydraulic circuit, as the cuber is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders
