The palletiser mod. SIRIO APM is proper for the automatic palettization of bags. The working process, completely automatic, is managed by a P.L.C. WORKING CYCLE DESCRIPTION The products in arrival from the production are properly distanced, directed and grouped in following layers, according to the program. So, the layers are positioned on the pallet following the quantity programmed. PREFORMER The preformer is made of modular chain conveyor anti-usury and of a pushing device. The translation of the layer from the preformer to the palletiser is made by a pushing device. The pushing device is made of a trolley moved by a toothed chain in polyurethane controller by a gearbox with brushless motor and hold by steel wheels covered with vulkolan. It foresees to the translation of the layer on the mobile table of the palletiser. MAIN STRUCTURE The palletiser is made of a bridge holding structure, with pressed and folded up plates painted with some adjustable holders for a perfect alignment. On the main columns are fixed the running guides of the vertical trolley. The vertical moving of the trolley is activated by a gearbox ROSSI controller by an inverter. The vertical trolley transmission and that of the translation table is made by a proper dimensioned chain. In the trolley there is the translation table made of a strong loom of sections, connected and settled and covered by an Inox steel plate. The table slides on lateral guides and is carried by two parallel chains. Moreover, it is moved by a gearbox with double polarity.
