The cartesian Robot mod. RC-600 has been designed to automatic products handling, from infeed conveyor to their positioning on pallet. Thanks to its open structure, it is suitable to various applications of medium output.
It is equipped with four axles, controlled and with brushless servomotors, bridge mechanical structure with horizontal beam translation, where the picking arm is installed.
Technological and functional structure
Carefully projected and opportunely sized to decrease the dynamic load of moving parts, by use of aluminium section bars, improving the machine mechanical performances and granting them constant and long lasting. According to the requested output, the machine can also made fully automated.
Vertical axle, minimum space
The mechanical structure of the machine has been designed to reduce its overall height dimensions and to use the complete movement of the vertical axle. This allows to handle high pallets in those areas having limited ceilings heights.
Very easy to use
The machine is managed by a PCL type Siemens S7-300-type that used with a Touch Screen allows the operator to control all the robot functions and create new ones, save and recall working programs with very simple and easy operations.
Quick format change
The operations to update the machine for working a new product consist only on adjustments on the product infeed side boards in a short time. Thanks to its unique grippingunit, especially designed to be suitable to various products, no specific mechanical adjustments are required.
