The e-STUDIO287CS/347CS/407CS are a high-speed, high-performance, A4/Letter-size color MFP. When equipped with the e-BRIDGE controller, this series delivers features equivalent to those of the previous A3 e-STUDIO series, serving customer needs that low-priced A4/Letter-size MFPs could not meet. Space Saving The e-STUDIO407CS series is an A4/LT-size MFP that adopts a compact LED print head. Because it takes up less space than an A3/LD-size MFP, it can be installed in locations such as small office or retail shops, where space is limited. Refined User Interface The operation panel adopts the same large, easy-to-read, 9-inch/22.9cm colour LCD touch screen as A3/LD-size models. The user interface is also the same as for A3/LD-size models, eliminating confusion in offices with a combination of A3/LD- and A4/LT-size devices. Wide Range Media Compatibility The e-STUDIO407CS series supports envelopes, postcards and long forms up to 216 × 1,321mm (8.5" × 52"). Paper types with thicknesses of 64-220g/m² (17lb Bond-120lb Index) can be supplied from a drawer, and up to 250g/m² (138lb Index) thick paper can be supplied by bypass feed. The series satisfies a full range of printing needs. Security MFPs are subject to increasing demand to safeguard data, amid growing concerns over information security. The e-STUDIO407CS series is compatible with a variety of communication protocols used to protect information security. The series achieves advanced security without sacrificing ease of use, thorough self-encryption HDD, user authentication and access control.
