Description

The TNA 500 from TRAUB is a heavy-duty Computer Numerical Control (CNC) tuning machine with optional clamping chunk sizes that can reach up to 315 millimeters. This machine, with a 100-millimeter quill stroke for a "tailstock", is equipped with 40-millimeter turrets that can reach up to 12 stations. It also sports a work spindle can handle an 80-millimeter bar pressure, a 1,000-millimeter upper limit turning length, a 500-Nm maximum torque, and a 2,800-rpm maximum velocity.

The TRAUB TNA 500, together with its integrated chip conveyor system, possesses dimensional measurements of 5,500 millimeters x 2,287 millimeters x 2,147 millimeters, making it a compact and efficient piece of equipment ideal not only for those taxing processing applications, but also for fixed work areas.
