ELECTROMANUAL TILTER EBT750 In the meat industry, it is quite common to see operators that literally bend themselves into bins to grab products (pork knuckles, beef portions, etc) and feed processing and packaging lines in the production area. The health issue about backaches caused by this repetitive and very unergonomic operation in such humid and cold environment results in huge expenses for the company in terms of absentism and additional people hiring. ULMA Inoxtruck tilter allows an ergonomic handling of loads, thanks to the tilting system 90º. This equipment has a hygienic and ergonomic design that make possible a daily cleaning, avoiding the microbiological contamination risk and ergonomic load handling of the products inside the bins to conveyor belt or other containers, reducing the effort. ULMA Inoxtruck has developed a full range of Easy Clean Tilters that cover the needs of all type of operators regardless of their height with low, high, and adjustable tilting solutions. ULMA Inoxtruck offers 3 different models depending on the height of the operator: ◼ EBT750 standard: Work position at 750 mm. For those with normal height (1,75m.) ◼ EBT750 XH: Work position at 950 mm. The best option for tall people (1,85m) ◼ EBT750i: ADJUSTABLE work position in height (750 – 950 mm.). The best option when we have people of different heights in the work shifts. ✔ HYGIENIC AND INNOVATIVE DESIGN ✔ ERGONOMICS AND EFFICIENCY ✔ 100% STAINLESS STEEL ✔ MINIMUM MAINTENANCE / HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
