The U-7 is the smallest model in our range, making it an ideal entry level machine for small businesses wishing to shred for recycling, production seconds destruction or volume reduction purposes Its compact design and efficient 7.5kW drive ensure it can be easily located in confined spaces or utilised in situations where a limited power supply is available. Using the slow speed, high torque shredding principal to reduce knife and drive-component wear, as well as noise and dust, it can comfortably shred a variety of items, including CDs/DVDs/ video cassettes, glass and plastic bottles, drinks containers of all kinds and light document destruction. The U-7 can also be used in numerous specialised processes including machine tool swarf shredding, print trim and packaging waste handling systems and carpet edge trim from backing lines.
