Description

Application
Vacuum meat tumbler is designed for thorough massaging/tumbling of various meat products in deli meat production.

Advantages
- vacuum system, ensuring maximum filtration performance and air disinfection with a fitted non-ozone producing uv-lamp;
- smooth control of the drum rotation speed, reverse drum rotation;
- The tumbler is equipped with an efficient drum blades cooling system with a heat-transfer agent (propylene glycol) up to - 10ºC.

Design Features
-The tumbler has a polished drum with four asymmetrical blades for massaging/tumbling.
-Adjustable position of the drum by its tilting for product feeding, tumbling, and discharge.
-The tumbler can also be integrated into a production line by the separation of the feeding and discharge stations.
-The drum lid is pneumatically driven.
-Electrical control system is implemented through the built-in electrical enclosure and a touchscreen for setting and showing production cycle parameters.
-The tumbler is made of stainless steel AISI 304, with sandblast exterior surfaces and smooth, ground and polished food-contact surfaces.
