Application
Spiral freezers (freezers) are designed for shock freezing of semi-prepared products (ravioli, meatballs, manti, pancakes, fish, etc.).

Advantages
each freezer is individually created for each enterprise depending on the possible production volumes and other conditions.

Design Features
-The freezer consists of a multilevel spiral conveyor which transports products, as well as the cooling unit, which provides intensive heat removal from the product.
-The spiral conveyor comprises a rotating roller mounted within the rack and modular rotatable belt rotating around it. The belt is made of polyethylene for food, is easy to clean , disassemble and replace . The belt speed can also be adjusted, depending on the type of product and process requirements . Gear motors are designed for operating at the low-temperatures (up to -40 ° C). All metal parts are made of stainless steel.
-The low-temperature refrigeration system consists of a compressing- receiving unit on the basis of semi-hermetic screw compressors «Bitzer»; an air cooler, an oil cooler,a remote air condenser and a control cabinet.
