A unique extrusion blow moulding system in the market allowing for the manufacturing of plastic containers with calibrated necks of up to 10 litres in a continuous movement rotary unit. The moulds are situated radially in the wheel. It offers great flexibility for the manufacturing of containers of very diverse shapes and sizes. Easy and economic adaptation of the view-stripe as well as multi layer configurations. Container capacity of up to 10 litres. Maximum mould number: 6 (can operate with 2 or 3 moulds). Calibrated necks (or occasionally, “false” calibrated). Output: up to 1,600 b/h. Comprehensive control system, including a parison thickness regulator, with an interface for visualizing process parameters and a statistical production control. Integrated deflashing unit: minimum tools required (only one punch station and its support). Integrated transfer system for the container to the deflasher. Centralized lubrication system. Automatic start up. SAVINGS OF RAW MATERIAL Having a single head, regardless of the number of moulds, provides maximum uniformity in the containers, leaving their weight within a very narrow range. This allows reducing the average container weight. LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION A reduced quantity of energy is required to maintain the wheel in rotation and to ensure the final clamping of the moulds. The single head also helps minimize energy consumption, reducing the number of heaters and heads to a minimum. FLEXIBILITY Characterized by maximum flexibility, allowing for the combination of different sized containers while maintaining reduced scrap.
