Description

In order to facilitate transportation across all kinds of terrain, Marcotte Machining has unveiled the new and improved Mancore 600 TA drill. A modified version of the Mancore 600, the Mancore 600 TA incorporates the added feature of robust tracks designed for effective maneuverability. Like the Mancore 600, the Mancore 600 TA is a modular drilling machine whose disassembly into multiple segments permits easy transportation to remote sites typically inaccessible by machinery or by helicopter. The Mancore 600 drill is the lightest in its class, with the largest module weighing 725 kgs. (1600 lbs.), once assembled. Nevertheless, the drill can be easily disassembled into multiple, easy-to-transport segments. The drill’s modular design allows motors and hydraulic tanks to be set up within a 6-metre (20 ft.) radius, including on uneven surfaces, ensuring uninterrupted drilling operations regardless of the terrain.
