PCB/STENCIL CLEANER C750
C-750 is designed for cleaning assembled PCBs, stencils and screens from flux, oxide and soldering support substances.
Features:
Closed loop cleaning process
Cleaning chamber with rotating spray arms
Cleaning, rinsing and drying in one chamber
User friendly touch screen interface
Up to 50 recipes with 7 steps each
Integrated deionization system
Cleaning process consists of 7 steps:
Cleaning. Pump sucks cleaner liquid from cleaning tank #1 and route it to spray arms in cleaning chamber. From cleaning chamber liquid goes back to cleaning tank #1 through distribution drain valve.
Blowing. Remaining cleaning liquid in pipes and spray arms is blown off by compressed air to cleaning tank #1. After that, distribution drain valve will be switched to drain.
Tap water rinsing. From tap water supply water goes to spay arms in cleaning chamber. From cleaning chamber water goes to drain through distribution drain valve.
Blowing. Remaining tap water in pipes and spray arms is blown off by air to drain.
Final DI-water rinsing. DI-water from cleaning tank #2 goes through integrated deionization system to spray arms in cleaning chamber. From cleaning chamber water goes back to rinsing tank #2 through distribution drain valve. This step can be ended by conductivity sensor installed in drain valve or by time.
Blowing. Remaining water in pipes and spray arms is blown off by air to rinsing tank #2.
Hot air drying.
