Automatic coating machine PC-02

VANTERM PC-02 pre-coating unit is used to create a powder film on the surface of the filter elements. This powder film avoids oil mist and oily particles, to stick on the surface of the filter elements. This powder film protects also the filter media against hot particles, by preventing these particles from touching directly to the filter media. As a result, it minimizes the fire risk and prolongs the lifetime of the filter elements.  The PC-02 pre-coating unit is mostly used for filtration in welding processes (manual, automatic or robotic welding) of oily parts. It is also recommended to be used for filtration applications where any oily, sticky dust and particles are present in the dirty process-air.  It is very easy to assemble PC-02 pre-coating unit to any stationary VANTERM dust collector. PC-02 can be used also with third-party dust collectors. VANTERM PC-02 pre-coating unit requires pressured-air supply, of mimimum 5 bar. The pressure level can be easily adjusted on the regulator inside the unit.
