The warranty for Vilitek VBS professional ultrasonic baths is 24 months. The standard operating frequency of standard Vilitek ultrasonic baths is 40 kHz, which is the optimum for most applications. We also offer ultrasonic baths with generators of specific frequencies: 28, 68, 80, 100 and 120 kHz. Ultrasonic washing machines with a frequency of 28 kHz better cleans engine oil, carbon deposits, gross contaminations and can be used for heavily contaminated metal elements, for example, parts of combustion engine, castings after melting, etc. Ultrasonic washing machines with increased frequency, on the contrary, are better for precision surfaces, for example, small microelectronic components, precision optics, etc. However, if the bath is to be used for washing of products made of various materials, or it is planned to carry out experiments using different ultrasonic frequencies, we recommend choosing VBS-DS baths with controlled ultrasonic frequency of 28/40 kHz. VBS-DS and VBS-DD ultrasonic baths have a degassing function to remove dissolved gases from the working solution. Due to the absence of gas bubbles in the solution, the efficiency of cavitation, and, consequently, washing, is increased.
