Description

JC series controller is a kind of multi-loop controller with high accuracy, high efficiency, multi-function and multi-applications. It comprises temperature, carbon potential, and oxygen content. They are applied in the independent control or network control of the process single loop, double loops, and three loops. 15 bits A/D conversing, 0.1 degree accuracy. Double 4-bit high brightness LED display, 8-key operation. 3way analog input, the special port for oxygen sensor. 4-way switch output, 2-way analog output (or 2-way auxiliary switch output). With RS485 or RS232C communication port, network control can be used. Value setting/programming, manual/automatic, run/stop, connect/hold exchange without interrupt. Configuration for output, flexible, with ON-OFF, position proportion, time proportion, pulse and many ways, suitable for different environment requirement. Free input, thermocouple, current, voltage, and other signals can be input. Many meters derive from the JC series intellectual programmable multi-loop controller, mainly temperature series; carbon potential, temperature control, meter series and oxygen content . JCT-1 single loop atmosphere carbon potential controller. It is applied in the atmosphere carbon potential control for single zone; it has the function of electrical drive valve, potential valve, solenoid valve. It can put enriching gas, carrier gas, diluting gas under control. It has the functions of oxygen sensor auto-maintenance, alarm of many kinds, carbon monoxide compensation calculation of carbon potential, and etc.
