Our Amber Polyimide Tape, or 'Kapton' Tape as it is also known, is perfect for the highest temperature situations, being able to withstand up to 260°c for a prolonged period of time. Thanks to the resistance that this tape provides, it is regularly employed for extreme uses such as with coils, capacitors, and heating elements which often experience these kinds of extreme temperatures. Also referred to as Ultra High Temperature Tape due to its resistance, this tape is renowned for its flexibility and versatility during use, enabling difficult areas to be masked off quickly and efficiently, preventing the need for additional tools or masking solutions. We stock Ultra High Temp Polyimide Tape in a range of widths between 3mm and 250mm. However, we are always able to cut them to size where required for your project - simply get in touch or call.
