Description
Suction units GA FS 20 ES ÷ GA FS 30 ES are siphon-filtered vacuum assemblies designed for handling liquid-laden fluids and for vacuum-cup clamping systems. They combine a standard siphon filter with a multi-stage compressed-air vacuum generator fitted with an integrated energy-saving system (ES). Units are suitable for gripping glass, marble, granite and light alloys and for applications with a significant presence of refrigerating liquids. They are also recommended for suctioning creamy or muddy substances that are difficult to handle with conventional pumps.

Composition

• Standard siphon filter
• Multi-stage compressed-air vacuum generator with built-in ES energy-saving system
• Vacuum gauge for direct reading of the container vacuum level
• Shut-off sleeve valve to intercept compressed air

Operation
The vacuum level is preset by the vacuostat and automatically maintained in the transparent container. The achievable vacuum depends on the installed generator; test values are adjustable and can be repeated automatically. Units are fed by compressed air at 4–6 bar. Other versions are available on request.
