The ARCOMAT 3+ is a 3-axis portal robot engineered to palletise packets of paper sacks with precise layer formation and repeatable stack quality. It is controlled via PC and uses modern servo drive technology. A graphical operator interface enables straightforward programming of layer patterns and layer sequences to adapt to different sack formats and production needs.

Product information
The ARCOMAT 3+ is supplied with extensive peripheral equipment: packet feeding with buffer store and packet alignment, an automatic empty-pallet magazine, stack removal and a stack pre-pressing system. An inter-layer sheet inserter is available as an option for stabilising critical layer patterns. The integrated palletising table allows layer formation on a plane surface and instantaneous pressing of each layer, improving overall stack stability. Machine performance has been optimised to reach up to 33 cycles per minute, enabling maximised bottomer output even with packets containing few sacks or where packet flatness is critical.
