Overview
The automation module TURBOSTART automates a guided seven-step shutdown and start-up sequence for VAREX II Blown Film Lines. It combines intelligent software and dedicated hardware to stop all machine components, secure the film in the line, remove air pockets, separate film automatically and restart components until production resumes.
