Description

EWO Electric High Frequency Concrete Vibrators are equipped with a small electronic frequency converter integrated into the power cable, suitable for connection to a single phase mains socket. This line of vibrators is characterised by high centrifugal force, constant speed and increased wear resistance which makes it suitable even for the most consistent types of concrete and for continuous use. The shaft is supported by four bearings for extra heavy-duty work requirements. EWO Electric High Frequency Internal Vibrators, which are directly connected with the mains supply at 230 V, 50/60 Hz, consist of a tractor unit called vibrator head, 10 metres of electric cable and of 5 metres internally reinforced operating hose. The high centrifugal force is generated by a high frequency electric motor integrated in the vibrator head. Vibrators are equipped with a key pad (IP 66 protection) in polyamide, complete with switch protected by a reinforced gasket resistant to continuous use and wear. A small electronic converter, complete with switch, is integrated into the power cable. The inverter is housed in a sturdy, dust-tight, waterproof (IP 66) aluminium casing. It is protected against overload, overvoltage, excess temperature and short circuits. A led signals with different colours accurate functioning or the presence of a fault. Each colour corresponds to a specific fault. All electronic components are covered with a resin so as to protect them from vibration, humidity and any shock.
