WEH® Shut-off Valve TV17GE for inert gases, manual actuation, with automatic venting, DN12, 420 bar Like the TV17GO, the TV17GE linear valve is used for shutting off pressurised gas. In addition to this, the outlet side of the valve is vented after it is closed. Due to its compact design, it is ideal for installation in gas process plants. It can also be easily integrated into existing systems. The high pressure valves have a streamlined design that allows for top flow values and extremely low-noise operation. TV17GE is equipped with a manual actuation lever. This valve is used for applications that require manual control of switching operations, and it is therefore an ideal alternative for ball valves. The valve is opened or closed by turning the hand lever to the respective end position. Switching the valve is easy, even at high pressures. A comprehensive range of accessories including vent fittings, allows for the valves’ functionality to be enhanced at any time. An optional check valve that can be mounted to the venting port, prevents ambient air from entering the valve during the venting process. There are also various adaptors as well as welding adaptors available for the installation of the valves.
