Our Trio® THDS series scalping screens are proven performers when removing undersize material before the primary crusher in mining, aggregate, recycling or in a rip rap separation application. These robust screens are also well suited for secondary scalping and large size separation applications. Overview Available in circular or elliptical motion, our range of Trio horizontal and inclined screens features up to four decks. Our range of Trio screens are designed to deliver reliable separation and classification to our sand and aggregate customers. Key features/benefits Our range of Trio® THDS series scalping screens is well suited for primary and secondary scalping and large size separation applications. The THDS series feature a steel punch plate, steel backed rubber media and cascading grizzly bars. The stroke can be easily adjusted using counterweights that are bolted to the flywheels. In addition, these scalping screens feature an all-bolted construction using locking bolts to ensure structural integrity. Rubber side snubbers are used to prevent surge motion, while the vibrating units are attached with threaded bolts to enable easy servicing.
