The EFS Series Screens are heavy duty scalpers typically used to remove undersize material before primary crushers, available in 1 and 2 deck configurations accepting feed size up to 24 inches. Overview EFS Series Screens are linear motion scalpers that utilize two contra-rotating out-of-balance vibrating motors. These scalping screens operate at 10 degree inclination accepting feed size up to 24 inches. They are available in 1 and 2 deck configurations with a lined impact plate, grizzly bar top deck and screen media or open bottom deck. Standard features include: All-bolted construction for structural integrity, coil springs and spring bases, discharge lips, V-belt drive, flywheel guard and pivoting Rosta motor mount.
