Description

This Gabbioneta™ pumps series offers reliable operation, easy internal inspection and maintenance while reducing axial and radial loads. Overview The Gabbioneta™ AHP and AHP DS series of heavy-duty process multistage pumps feature a horizontal casing, between bearings with an axial split, and diffuser-type impeller with single or double entry in the first stage. Deep stuffing boxes, built to API 682 standards, accept any type of mechanical or packing seals. The AHP and AHP DS series centrifugal pumps from Gabbioneta™ feature an opposed impeller and diffuser configuration to reduce axial and radial loads, ensuring reliable operation and maintenance. The AHP series also benefits from a large eye single suction or double suction, first-stage impeller meets low NPSH requirements, and its centre mounted casing offers stability in high temperatures over 120°C (250°F). Every pump is made to API 610 class materials and are recommended for use within the oil and gas, petrochemical and power industries. The AHP and AHP DS series centrifugal pumps can be used for a number of applications including, fluid transportation, providing boiler feedwater, water injection and reverse osmosis. This make the AHP and AHP DS series useful in oil and gas production, as well as severe service and waste water processes.
