Description
The COSMO DS-480.110 is a flame-resistant adhesive which is used to bond insulating materials onto stainless steel, galvanized steel or absorbent backgrounds. A typical application would be the case of fire protection doors. Based on a watery sodium silicate solution, this adhesive can handle insulating materials such as Promat-, Thermatex- or gypsum plates, and mineral or rock wool.
After hardening, the COSMO DS-480.110 adhesive provides a bonding which has exceptionally high resistance against heat, to +800°C.
