Description

The anticorrosive layer of FRP anticorrosion is made by corrosion resistance resin and glass fiber mat, and the reinforcement layer is made by unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber cloth which is no alkali. FRP anticorrosion has high corrosion resistance, good strength and long lifetime. In resent two years, it is widely used in many industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, mechanics, environment protection, etc. Technology: 1. After surface treatment, we coat a layer with vinyl resin which is special-purpose primary coat. After the solidification of the layer, we change the inner corner to fillet corner through puttying. After the solidification of the putty, we use FRP(glass fiber cloth whose width is 0.2m and vinyl resin) to do local reinforcement. After the solidification, we do puttying one more time, and make a layer with FRP(glass fiber cloth whose width is 0.3m and vinyl resin), then, we do the next working procedures. 2. All the layers of anticorrosive lining need this working procedure of puttying. After the construction, the surface of the liner should be smooth. 3. To stick glass fiber cloth(mat), we stick through brushing glue liquid on the basic position which need to be sticked. The cloth of lining sticking need to be smooth. We should stick the colth solidly, and there must be no fold and white dot. The interfaces of every layer should be staggered with last layer. The lining cloth should be cut off in some special parts(such as interfaces, corners, and other special-shaped parts) It will make the lining be closed and smooth with the matrix.
