Description

The WS-6020TL BASIC model is characterized by a high travel speed of up to 50m / min, and a precision of ± 0.03mm, pneumatic clamps and solutions that make the operation of the device much more convenient. This series allows the processing of pipes and profiles with a length of 3000 or 6000 mm, where only 15 cm of material is left after processing for Φ 80mm in the rear clamp. The device uses the most accurate possible cutting method and a material guidance and control system. The fabric is attached with a sliding rear handle and a guiding front handle. The clamps in the spindle holders are pneumatic, which significantly speeds up the loading and handling process. Specially designed one-piece welded construction along with a cutting head housing is one of the first improvements we made. Above that, unlike the previous generation, we added the ability to expand the machine with an automatic loading system, which saves operators' time in the first place. It is also a solution that optimizes the entire production process. As with other lasers in our range, a powerful laser comes standard, the function of the Autofocus, stable FSCUT3000S software, dual cooling system, lubrication system and dust collection system. Machined materials maintain the set parameters - the pneumatic clamp automatically positions the material, facilitates alignment/adjustment at the clamp center of the pipe or profile for further machining, and covers the profile in two directions and automatically realizes profile alignment. The use of this modern option as standard devices saves time, as there is no need for manual clamping.
