This SLC series slitting rewinding machine mainly used to cut self adhesive sticker label paper,laminated composited rolls material. It adopts the gantry frame structure,air slip friction rewinding shafts,three servo motors,automatic web edge guider system,automatic unloading system and automatic knife adjustment system as optional. It is widely used in the printing and packaging,label film industry products. For example,it can slit and rewind after printing bottle water,beverage label jumbo roll into customize width small rolls.In addition, it can also slit paper-plastic composite materials, silicone coated grease proof paper, PE coated paper,laminated paper etc. Making food packaging pouch,medical drugs pouch,plastic film bags,label,sticker paper label and so on. 1.The machine body adopt 60mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting. 2.Gantry frame structure can transmit web material from upper into machine,anti-dust stick to the surface of material. It also give operator enough space to splice paper and easy to adjust slitting knives.(standard model has splice table) 3.The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.(five motors model is an option) 4.SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on. 5.Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.
