It is employed when high quality mixing results are required for large volumes. Its heavy-duty construction also allows the processing of large quantities of material with high specific weights. The mixing process of the dyna-MIX® shaker mixer is based on controlled, three-dimensional mixing movements. A gimbal-mounted support transfers the defined kinematics accurately to the clamped mixing container. A sophisticated control system ensures reproducible mixing results at all times. FUNCTIONALITY The working principle of the patented dyna-MIX®3D shaker mixer is based on its exactly regulated three-dimensional movements. The required motion paths are precisely programmed in the control module of the mixer. The control system regulates the movement sequence of the gimbal-mounted mixing container and ensures exact, three-dimensional mixing movements. The mixing movements of the dyna-MIX® enable gentle, homogeneous and consistently reproducible mixing processes. The mixing containers are held securely in a clamping device. We can adapt the clamping device to special requirements on request.
