The BM series band-saw is a vertical foam cutting machine fixed on the ground with a working table that slides on two rails. A double cut blade runs over four ground and balanced cast iron flywheels. The motorized upper blade-guide is adjustable in the way of height. The manual movement of the headboard is by means of self-lubricant material gears and the hand wheel features a repetitive mechanical device that allows cutting thickness up to 100mm without checking the size on a millimeter rod. This machine is available to cut flexible polyurethane foam up to 40kg/mc or up to 70kg/mc when cutting less than 600mm height foam-blocks.
