The Screw Drum Feeder is a screw presenter designed to supply screws to manual or automated screwdriving stations. It integrates optional functions to manage screw supply and detection processes and supports feeding modes for manual and semi-automatic operations.

• Screw full detection (detects when there are too many screws in the hopper)
• Lack of screw detection (detects when screws are lacking in the hopper)

Variants / Feeding modes

• Handed Feeder: Manually remove screws from the head and count them. The screw must be magnetically attractable. Designed to work with a manual intelligent screwdriver and a magnetic bit. Single-screw pick-up by the machine.
• Counting feeder: Feeds screws according to a programmed quantity. The number of screws is controlled to prevent missing screws at the manual station. Works with a manual intelligent screwdriver; tighten the screw by placing it on the bit or in the product hole.
