The Gauss/Tesla Meter Calibration System DXF Series is a complete calibration solution for magnetic field measurement instruments covering 0 mT–2.5 T. It combines a CNC magnetic-field generation platform, a factory-calibrated gaussmeter/teslameter, precision linear current sources, one-dimensional Helmholtz coils and a high-uniformity electromagnet to support both weak- and strong-field calibrations for laboratories and industrial quality departments.
Coverage and measurement ranges:- Weak field: 0 mT – 10 mT (one-dimensional Helmholtz coil + 48 W linear current source) — Resolution: 0.0001 mT; Accuracy: 0.01%.
- Intermediate: 10 mT – 100 mT (one-dimensional Helmholtz coil + 1700 W linear current source) — Resolution: 0.001 mT; Accuracy: 0.01%.
- Strong field: 100 mT – 2.5 T (electromagnet + 1700 W linear current source) — Resolution: 0.001 mT; Accuracy: 0.05%.
Key features:- High-precision CNC magnetic-field generation platform with dual electronic control for the reference probe and the device under test.
- System gaussmeter accuracy controlled within ±0.05% of reading; system resolution up to 1/600,000.
- Capable of calibrating DC magnetometers to Class 0.2 and better across 1 mT–2.5 T.
- Iron–cobalt pole electromagnet providing a 6 mm uniform zone with 0.01% uniformity for 3D teslameter checks.
- One-dimensional Helmholtz coils deliver up to 100 mT with uniformity to 0.01% within a 20 mm sphere for weak-field transverse/axial calibration.
- Coil constants calibrated against a PT2026 NMR teslameter with coil-constant accuracy to 0.007%.
- National-level traceability via the company's NMR teslameter enabling calibrations down to 0.001% (device-dependent).
Working principle:- Strong-field calibration: the CNC platform controls a linear current source driving the electromagnet; the system gaussmeter reads the field and provides closed-loop feedback to the control software so the current is automatically adjusted to reach the target field. The system gaussmeter is factory-calibrated against a PT2026 NMR magnetometer.
- Weak-field calibration: axial fields are generated by a one-dimensional Helmholtz coil whose coil parameters and current-to-field relationship are factory-calibrated with a PT2026 NMR gaussmeter and provided as a selectable parameter table. Probes may be inserted radially (transverse) or axially for verification within ±100 mT.
