OverviewThe Pulse Magnetizer and Demagnetizer from Dexinmag (model example DXME-25C20) is a modular, high-energy pulse system designed to magnetize or demagnetize a wide range of permanent magnet materials and components used in motors, electro-acoustic devices, automotive and industrial applications. It can be integrated into production lines or configured as a standalone bench solution.

Complete inspection and production scheme- Complete online inspection solution includes: magnetizing power supply, aluminum alloy magnetizing & measuring workbench (with built-in fixture and fluxmeter) and a water chiller. The system magnetizes, measures flux, judges product qualification and transmits data to MES via Ethernet. Manual part loading/unloading only.
