Advanced mechanical technology, sturdy construction allowing a 24-hours operation, high capacity, perfect balance of all moving mechanical parts granting the absence of every vibration even when operating at high speed, are distinctive features of the Stamping Machine Velo/1000 for the production of "Bologna" style stamped pasta. Leading particulars of this machine are: • Calibration unit, with 212 mm diameter, suitable to ensure uniformity of the set thickness for the dough sheet on all its width. • Motor-driven and through encoder controlled automatic adjustment of dough-sheet calibration thickness (*). • Stamping station with double elastic clamp, with four upper and four lower thrust points, for a perfect closing of the mould throughout its length during the folding operation: additionally, the system has been calibrated at its maximum load so as to prevent the Stamping Machine from possible overloads caused, for example, by a wrong mould adjustment. • Scraps cutting device, consisting of a couple of cutting rollers which are operated at the same speed as the mould, so as to ensure the right tension of dough-sheet during trimming operation. • Forced oil lubrication system, under steady filtering process, fed by pump, and equipped with alarm system in case of sudden drop of oil pressure. • Motorizations driven by Inverter, with proportional and simultaneous speed control. • Electronic operation of all functions through PLC. • Three-rollers lamination unit for the production of grooved shapes (*).
