Hydraulic demolition shears ZMS series

for controlled demolition

ZMS hydraulic shears are attachments designed for being installed on excavators and intended for the recycling and demolition fields. They are mainly dedicated to cutting metal scrap derived from demolitions. The ZMS series is also available in the “R” version, provided with a 360-degree hydraulic rotation designed for heavy-duty works. The entire structure is realized in Hardox and Weldox in order to ensure maximum solidity, strength and safety in every work phase. The cylinder is oversized in order to guarantee greater performance. It is completely incorporated and protected in the structure of the machine. The shear is provided with a valve allowing to increase the opening and closing speed of the unit, which is led by two guides ensuring its alignment while moving. The central pivot is integral to the unit. The machine is equipped with inspection lids for easy maintenance. BLADES Blades are made with wear-resistant tempered material. They are bolted and quick to replace. Every kit is composed of: – 4 four-time reversible cutting blades interchangeable with each other; – 2 four-time reversible guide blades interchangeable with each other, provided with safety lock; – 1 razor blade provided with safety lock; – 2 tip blades, provided with safety lock, enabling the drilling of material subjected to cutting without wearing out the unit.
