Application scope: heat engineering, chemical industry, and metallurgy. The digital temperature sensor consists of a thermistor and ZET 7121 measuring unit which converts the signal from the sensor to temperature values. Thermistor type is selected in accordance with the specifics of the task to be solved: measurement and accuracy required ranges, operation conditions. The ZET 7121 digital temperature sensors can be connected to a PC via USB (ZET 7174 converter), Ethernet or Wi-Fi (ZET 7176 converter), via GSM network (ZET 7177 converter), via radio channel (ZET 7172M and ZET 7172S converters); standalone operation is also possible (ZET 7173 standalone recorder). The interface converter package includes ZETLAB software which expands significantly opportunities of using the digital temperature sensors. Measurement networks can also be connected to any system via CAN interface.
