Description

This equipment is suitable for pharmaceutical, food,cosmetic and other industries. Especially for concentrating the material which is heat sensitive, foaming and scaling. 1.Liquid feed tangential entry into centrifugal distributor, and scatted in the inner wall of the barrel with a jacket. The scraper slider scraps the material into film and push down it under the movement of centrifugal effect close to cylinder wall, then the material rapid evaporation to avoid coking. 2.The tank adopts electric heating radiator, recycling the heating water in the cylinder jacket. Large size tank adopts steam heating. 3.Using vacuum decompressing to reduce the cylinder body temperature. Maintain effective ingredients materials and to speed up evaporating. 4.Compact structure, processing precision, convenient operation, high efficiency, energy saving.
