Description

Mixing tank is designed,manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard(NB/T 47003.1-2009), strictly meeting GMP certificate requirements. The mixing tank is a vertical tank in which the agitator mixers the material to meet to the technical standard. The mixing tank adopts vetical circular tanks, both of top and bottom are standard oval and torispherical head. Transition section in tank uses circular are transition, without dead corner,easy to clean. Single layer, double layer(insulation for tank and bottom head) or Jacket(tank and bottom head have jacket and insulation) is equipped with mechanical stirring according to customers’ requirement. Feature Volume: 100L-5000L and multiple specification, also can design and manufacture according to customers’ requirement. The connection adopts Tri-clamp, and the tanks’ inner layer use 304 or 316L. The inner surface mirror polishing Ra<0.28 um~ 0.6um. Outer surface can be polished, wire drawn and sand blasted according to customers’ requirement. According to the requirements of production and processing, it can be designed with low heating, cooling, high-speed mixing system, sealing pressure system, vacuum system, measuring system and so on.
