Description

The GM-302C is a cutting-edge MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) alcohol gas sensor designed for high-sensitivity ethanol vapor detection. Using MEMS processing, it constructs a micro-heating plate on a silicon substrate, combined with metal oxide semiconductor gas-sensitive materials that exhibit low conductivity in clean air. When exposed to ethanol, the sensor’s conductivity increases proportionally to the gas concentration, allowing simple circuit conversion of conductivity changes into output signals corresponding to ethanol levels. Application It is suitable for the ethanol vapor in the application and testing places of consumer electronic products such as mobile phones and computers; it is also suitable for the supervision of motor vehicle drivers and other risk workers after drinking. Features This product adopts MEMS technology, with solid structure and good shock resistance; it has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, high sensitivity, fast response recovery, simple driving circuit, good stability and long life.
