YG Machinery's Small Trailer Food Truck is a modular, towable commercial catering unit designed to cover approximately 90% of mobile catering needs. Available in multiple modular sizes and interior layouts (coffee, BBQ, ice cream, etc.), models are offered to meet US FDA and EU CE hygiene standards.
