Description

The woodworking inserts in the picture are not standard inserts we are talking about. When you see the picture carefully, you will find there was a groove at the sides, which makes the production difficult. We cost thousands of USD to design the mold, and the samples were only successful after several round tests and designs. Also, we tested several grades to choose the most proper one. After all the tests succeed, one year passed. But now it belongs to standard woodworking inserts to our company. We produce and keep in stock according to customer yearly consumption. Carbide wood cutting tools included round square and diamond cutters. Carbide wood cutting tool install and use standard woodturning tools, when using carbide-tipped cutters, you hold the cutter directly on the turning object. Sometimes when we use hard metal turning tools, what happens is that the set screw does not loosen, use these carbide cutter heads on turning tools, they stay sharp longer, and when they dull, just rotate the cutter head. You can start turning as soon as you receive the tool, as each tool is equipped with very sharp rotating carbide inserts. The biggest benefit is no need to re-sharpen...just loosen the carbide cutting head and spin it to a new cutting surface. Carbide turning tools do not require sharpening because you turn the tool to reveal new edges, then replace the carbide tool when all edges are dull. When the carbide tool on the tool becomes dull, simply loosen the tool screw, turn the tip and tighten the screw to get a fresh and clean cutting edge.
