UNIVERSAL SMOKE is a medium-sized model from the Fume Extractors division.Thanks to its extremely flexible configuration, it can also be used for collecting chips and dust, thanks to its 110-liter container.Specifically designed for the suction of fumes/vapors/gases from various industrial processes such as welding, milling, washing mechanical parts, laser cutting, plasma; it is used in various industrial environments.The unit consists of two containers, the upper one for filters and motors, and the lower one (with a lever extraction mechanism) for collecting impurities that may be aspirated during operations. An ergonomic handle facilitates extraction with the help of the supplied wheels.The integrated cyclonic system, carefully designed, ensures that fumes follow a forced and optimized path inside the filtering chamber, achieving maximum efficiency in contaminant elimination.The innovative and elegant design with anti-tip protection of its robust trolley with anti-scratch wheels allows the full extension of the articulated arm, including horizontally, enabling the capture of fumes at long distances and in hard-to-reach places.(N.B. – there is also a version where, instead of the articulated arm with collection hood, a simple spiral tube can be used)With its omnidirectional articulated arm (100 mm diameter in the basic configuration and 3 meters long in the standard model), it allows the collection of fumes directly at the source, before they disperse into the air, protecting the operator's health. The fixing height on the central unit is also designed to facilitate and speed up the operator's work.The Universal Smoke is also available with a double suction arm, optimizing space and costs.
